Is MTN going to improve? 2007/08/03 22:03 Karma: 2
Its disheartening, as Joe said, that services provided to consumers continue to remain so poor; yet Areeba is making all this money off Ghanaians. I really am wondering.. is MTN just going to capitalize on our foolishness because we'll use the service anyway, and keep giving them money; or will they improve? Food for thought!

Well Sheila, many people would wish MTN will improve upon what Spacefon and Areeba have done so far (even though they did not really do anything but in my opinion, ripped the Ghanaian off). But its only a wish and since MTN is not a horse...

You can find out for yourself on the internet about the services of this MTN in some African countries, from as far back as 1995 when they started in South Africa. There are several complaints about their arrogance, false advertising, unfulfilled promises, etc., etc.

One person complained: "THE CALL CENTRE AGENTS LACK THE NECESSARY CLIENT ETHICS THAT NEEDS TO BE DISPLAYED.THEY HAVE VERY POOR LISTENNG SKILLS,..."

I have this advice for them; as its said in Akan: "Wo nntumi 'spell' a, mennturo!". Literally translated "if you can't spell, don't write!"
